Thank you for your interest in being a part of Art Cairo 2025. Below are the guidelines that outline the application and participation process for galleries. Please read these carefully to ensure a successful application.
Eligibility
The gallery must have a physical location and be in operation for at least two years.
Preference will be given to galleries specializing in Contemporary and Modern Arab art, although galleries representing diverse styles are encouraged to apply.
Application Process
Submission of Application: Complete the online application form available on our website, including all required documentation and images.
Portfolio Review: Include a portfolio showcasing the artists you plan to represent at the fair, along with their biographies and sample works.
Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee must be paid at the time of application submission.
Notification: Galleries will be notified of their application status within 6-8 weeks of the application deadline.
Booth Specifications
Booth sizes and layouts vary. Please indicate your preferred booth size on the application form.
Galleries are responsible for the setup and tear-down of their booth, adhering to the guidelines and schedule provided.
Event Participation
Galleries must commit to participating for the full duration of the fair.
A list of artworks to be exhibited must be submitted for approval a month in advance of the event.
Additional Requirements
Galleries must comply with all legal requirements for the import and export of artworks.
Insurance coverage for artworks exhibited is the responsibility of the participating gallery.
Selection Criteria Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee based on the following criteria:
Quality and relevance of the artworks
Previous participation in art fairs or similar events
Alignment with Art Cairo’s mission and vision
